Free Demo / Trial
To help clients make informed decisions:
We may offer free demos or software trials
Demos are intended to evaluate functionality and suitability
Important:
Clients are encouraged to test products before purchase
Purchasing a paid plan confirms acceptance of product features and suitability

Cancellation Policy
For Service-Based Projects:
Projects canceled before initiation may qualify for partial or full refunds after administrative deductions
After project initiation, cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case
Charges apply for completed work and utilized resources
For SaaS Subscriptions:
Subscriptions may be canceled anytime
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle
Access remains active until the subscription expires

Refund Policy
General Rule:
All payments are non-refundable unless specifically approved under eligible conditions
No Refund After Account Activation:
Once login credentials are issued and account access is granted, refunds are not permitted
This applies to SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, and digital activations
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Service has not yet started
Duplicate payment was made
Failure to deliver agreed services due to our fault
Non-Refundable Cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use the service
Feature dissatisfaction after using available demo/trial
Client-caused delays
Completed project milestones
Delivered custom-developed features
Active billing cycles or activated accounts

Milestone-Based Projects
For milestone-based projects:
Completed milestone payments are non-refundable
Future milestones may be canceled according to the signed agreement

Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days
Payments will be returned via the original payment method

Chargebacks
Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first:
May result in account suspension or termination
May lead to legal action where necessary
We strongly recommend contacting our support team before raising disputes.

Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to:
Modify pricing structures
Update, suspend, or discontinue services
However, all existing agreements will continue to be honored.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes:
Both parties agree to attempt resolution amicably
